  My 7 yr old daughter loves her beautiful green Reid bike, so we were after a little wicker basket to match. Sadly the Reid Sydney store has closed since we bought her bike. I rang Nth Melbourne Reid Cycle store and spoke with Tom the manager there, he was a fantastic help and went out of his way to ensure my little girl would receive her matching basket here in Sydney. It is so rare to find such great customer service, beautiful products and now a very happy little 7 yr old girl!

  Quick and efficient service from Poppy at the store. Walked in and was served promptly. Ordered my mountain bike and Poppy said I would be texted when it was ready for collection. Text arrived a few days later as promised. Picked up my bike at the store a few days later and walked out with it within minutes. Now happily riding around on my bike. Excellent service so far.

  The quality of the bycicles and components is pretty good, the only downside was that after buying them I had to make certain adjustments like reducing the length of the handlebars and adjust the position of the brake levers. Besides that we were more than happy with our purchase.

  BEWARE REID cycles have cheap bikes but very poor quality, pedal fell after 2 rides and all spokes came loose after 4 rides. Took back to store really poor service they wanted me to buy new pedals, spoke with head office they will replace with plastic pedals only not original metal ones and advised that bikes fall apart all the time 'even after 4 rides'. Really average after sales service like many other reviewers.
