  After having a good experience with these guys doing some simple work, I took my car here for a full wheel alignment. Upon picking it up I noticed my front mount intercooler was hanging on a 30 degree angle but thought nothing of it. Paid and took possession of the keys but couldn't get out of the drive way so I reversed back in and inspected the damage. Seems there was orange paint and a significant amount of damage to the bottom mount of my intercooler. The gentleman insisted the damage was not done by them but I have a picture of the car from the day before the work and the intercooler was dead straight. I pulled the car apart to find that the intercooler had been hit so hard that it pushed into my oil cooler and damaged my front radiator support. I have since fixed this myself but noticed even more damage on the front strut towers after they have used a pry bar on them to adjust the camber alignment. Disappointed by the experience and won't be going back.

  They kept me posted on the progress every step of the way and even charged me less than the quoted price. By comparison to all the other service outlets I have been to this wins hands down!!

  Can not recommend this place enough!! The customer service provided was exceptional. They rebuilt the engine in my little manual 1970 M.G.B. Roadster.

  The most honest and caring people in the automotive industry. I had a fuel injection issue with my Audi Q7 and got quoted $4900 + GST to fix my car. I gave Care Plus a call and spoke with Mitchell who had a chat with me on the phone for over 30 minutes about my car. I got my car towed to their workshop and they fixed my car for $2100! They even charged me less then the original price they quoted. They kept in contact with me the entire time they had my car and it was ready on time. I just drove it to Adelaide and back. The car has never been better. I will defiantly will be back. Thanks guys :)

  I bought a brand new Mercedes Benz C63s coupe in May 2016. It was time for it's first service. Mercedes quoted me $1500 for my first service. I took it into Care Plus and they explained to me that I could get my car serviced by them for $450 and it does NOT void my new car warranty. I saved $1050 and I still have my car under the 3 year warranty package. They even gave it a wash inside and out for free! Thank you for your work. Ill see you next service. :)
