  The boss is very rude and unfriendly. I normally use the big machine 24kg with an extra rinse. With the big machine, they charge $13 but they don't specifically mention they will charge extra $2 for the extra rinse. He was glaring at my direction when I was pressing on the extra rinse, he came over and just kept starring and asked many times did I press on the extra rinse button, I replied "yes" and he said "IT'S AN EXTRA $2!" with a very harsh tone. Seriously, if it's extra $2 then I'll pay for it, it's not like I don't have the money. I will not recommend this place to anyone, that's no reason to put up with his attitude. This was my second bad experience I had at this place!

  Very helpful staff showed us how to use the machines when we looked confused.
